Hasilnya enak juga loh :). Cara bikinnya pun ga terlalu susah. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dulu nyokap gue paling doyan ama talam ebi. Jadi talam ebi ini gue bikin buat mengingat masa2 gue ama nyokap dulu, pegi ke pasar baru buat beli kue2 basah...Coba waktu nyokap masih ada gue uda ngerti cara bikin talam ebi yah.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resepnya gue dapet dari NCC, gue copy-in yah resepnya. Benernya sih gue ada ganti beberapa bahan ama cara nya sedikit gue ganti. Jadi kalo ada yang mo tau resep aslinya &lt;a href="http://www.ncc-indonesia.com/detail.php?aid=341"&gt;ke sini &lt;/a&gt;aja yah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Talam Ebi&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;200 gr   tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;50 gr     tepung tapioka&lt;br /&gt;700 ml  santan kental&lt;br /&gt;½ sdt    garam&lt;br /&gt;1 lbr      daun pandan&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Topping:&lt;br /&gt;100 gr   ebi (udang kering)&lt;br /&gt;1 btg     daon bawang, iris halus&lt;br /&gt;4 bh      cabe merah kering, potong serong&lt;br /&gt;3 bh      bawang putih, cincang&lt;br /&gt;1.5 sdt     gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;100 ml  minyak goreng&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Larutkan tepung beras dan tepung sagu dengan sebagian santan, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;Masak sisa santan, gula dan daun pandan hingga mendidih. Setelah mendidih, langsung tuang ke dalam larutan tepung, aduk rata. &lt;br /&gt;Kemudian tuang kedalam mangkuk kecil hingga penuh. Kukus di kukusan yang sudah dipanasi selama 20 menit hingga matang angkat. Lepaskan talam dari mangkoknya. Tata di piring saji.&lt;br /&gt;Buat Topping: rendam ebi hingga mekar, tiriskan, cincang. &lt;br /&gt;Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis cabe merah, bawang putih hingga wangi, masukkan ebi tumis terus hingga matang, masuk irisan daon bawang, aduk sebentar angkat. &lt;br /&gt;Beri taburan ebi diatas kue talam putih. Gawat...gpp dah, coz hari ini mulai semangat update lagi, n jangan ikutan malas juga ya blogger friendzz..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kali ini resep cooking mama, gw yang tentuin, yaitu Spagetti, jadi kumpulin dah resep2 spagettti yang enak enak ya. Sayur potong iris tipis, masukkan mentega n olive oil ke ferifan&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bawang putih n bombay, sayur, masak sampe layu&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan daging, masak mpe daging berubah warna&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan tepung aduk rata, masukkan sauce, api kecil, hingga matang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Penyajian&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus pasta, angkat ,tiriskan&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan mentega n olive oil, tumis pasta bersama meat sauce, masukkan garam lada buat penambah rasa&lt;br /&gt;3. Maap yahhh ibu host, harusnya kan spaghetti tapi daku cuma punya stok fettucine. Benernya untuk resep gue kali ini, fettucine ini bisa juga kok diganti ama spaghetti. Jadi silahkan dicoba2 yah :).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resepnya sih hasil eksperimennya gue doang, tapi dun worry rasanya tetep maknyus kok...huehehehehe :). Jadi, sapa yang brani cobaaaa? ;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Seafood-Bacon and Cheese Fettucine&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;1 pak fettucine kering (bisa juga diganti spaghetti)&lt;br /&gt;250 gr udang segar, kupas kulitnya dan buang nadinya&lt;br /&gt;100 gr clam besar, cuci bersih&lt;br /&gt;50 gr bacon, cincang kasar&lt;br /&gt;1 buah bawang bombay besar, potong kotak&lt;br /&gt;2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;50 gr keju parut&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt gula&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt lada hitam&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt oregano&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt thyme&lt;br /&gt;3 sdm white wine (optional)&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm olive oil (minyak sayur apa aja juga boleh)&lt;br /&gt;1-1/2 sdm daun parsley, cincang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;Rebus fettucine di air mendidih yang sudah diberi minyak sayur dan garam secukupnya, rebus hingga al-dente. Segera tiriskan dari air, dan siram dengan air dingin. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Di penggorengan, goreng bacon hingga hampir kecoklatan dan minyak nya keluar. Masukkan bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga layu dan harum. Masukkan udang dan clam, aduk2 hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan fettucine yang sudah direbus, aduk2 hingga udang dan clam tercampur rata dengan fettucine. Bumbui dengan oregano, thyme, garam, gula dan lada (boleh ditambah banyaknya bumbu sesuai dengan selera). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan white wine dan keju, aduk2. Dan terakhir masukkan parsley cincang, aduk hingga rata. Udah nyari ubek2 resep soto, ga ada yang pas, alesannya gw tuh ga punya persediaan bumbu2 kayak daun jeruk lah, kunyit lah, daun sereh lah dll, sorry banget, jadi gw ganti resep deh ya...gpp kan?? daripada ga bikin PR kan...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya si gampang, bumbu dasar kuahnya pake miso/tauco. Cake: kocok mentega tawar, garam dan gula tepung sampai lembut&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan telur satu per satu bergantian dengan sebagian tepung terigu sambil diayak dan dikocok rata&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan sisa tepung terigu, tepung custard dan baking powder sambil diayak dan dikocok perlahan bergantian dengan campuran susu cair dan esens vanila.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang di loyang bulat diameter 22 cm, tinggi 4 cm yang dioles margarin dan dialas kertas roti&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Oven 35 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius sampai matang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Filling: kocok vla instan dan air es sampai mengental, sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Panaskan selai strawberry, strawberry dan air. Aduk sampai mengental, sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. Kocok krim bubuk dan air es sampai mengembang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8. Ambil selembar cake. Oleskan kocokan vla. Sendokkan campuran strawberry. Semprotkan krim kocok. Tutup dengan sisa cake. Dinginkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9. Hias atasnya dengan krim kocok. Tadinya gua mau bikin tart,  mikir2 kok sptnya tart  masuk ke pastry yaa...tiap kali mau bkin ragu2  mulu. Akhirnya uda akhir  bln, uda waktunya setor pr. Ngubek2 foto lama,  nemu si tiramisu ini.&lt;br /&gt;Gua  bikin tiramisu ini dari bln lalu, kebetulan  ada temen2 dari Tafe  dateng. Ga mau bikin kalo cuma buat kita doang,  bukannya ga bisa abisin  loh.. tp krn terlalu berlemak n kolestrol. Enak  sih pasti lah, siapa  yg ga suka tiramisu?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://s179.photobucket.com/albums/w297/yangdihui/makanan/?action=view&amp;amp;current=IMG_0103-1.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w297/yangdihui/makanan/IMG_0103-1.jpg" alt="Photobucket" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan2nya:&lt;br /&gt;6 kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;3/4 caster sugar&lt;br /&gt;250 gr mascarpone cheese, suhu ruang&lt;br /&gt;1 3/4 thickened cream&lt;br /&gt;250 gr lady fingers&lt;br /&gt;1/2 gelas expresso (diganti kopi lain boleh)&lt;br /&gt;cocoa powder utk taburan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bikinnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kocok   kuning telur dan gula di panci di atas air mendidih (pake whip aja).   Kecilkan api, masak kira2 10 menit sambil diaduk2. Matikan api, kocok   lagi dg mixer hingga warnanya pucat.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan mascarpone cheese ke kocokan telur. Kocok rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kocok thickened cream hingga kaku. Tuang ke campuran mascarpone, aduk balik.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Celupkan   lady fingers satu per satu ke expresso lalu atur lady fingers di  loyang  atau container. Celupinnya asal aja, kalo kelamaan jadi  kelembekan.  Olesi bagian atas lady fingers dg expresso. Tuang 1/2  adonan mascarpone  ke atasnya. Amin"&lt;br /&gt;Dan semoga suka sama kue ini ^^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan :&lt;br /&gt;Campur dan ayak :&lt;br /&gt;50 gr tepung terigu serba guna&lt;br /&gt;50 gr tepung maizena&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;60 gr mentega tawar&lt;br /&gt;250 gr cream cheese, biarkan pada suhu ruangan&lt;br /&gt;120 ml whip cream&lt;br /&gt;3 kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;1 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt kulit jeruk lemon parut&lt;br /&gt;5 putih telur&lt;br /&gt;1/8 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;125 gr gula pasir halus&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt air jeruk lemon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Topping :&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm selai aprikot&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm air&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;Siapkan loyang bulat, alasin dengan kertas roti, olesin mentega. Pasang oven suhu 150 derajat.&lt;br /&gt;Campur mentega, cream cheese dan whip cream dalam wadah, didihkan dengan api kecil.&lt;br /&gt;Lalu aduk hingga lembut, angkat dari api.&lt;br /&gt;Kocok putih telur hingga berbusa, masukkan gula dan air jeruk lemon sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus dikocok sampai terbentuk kerucut-kerucut tumpul (soft peak).&lt;br /&gt;Tuang adonan putih telur ke dalam adonan cream cheese, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;Tuang campuran ini ke sisa adonan putih telur, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;Tuang adonan ke loyang, panggang dengan cara au bain marie selama kurleb 75 menit sampai permukaan matang dan kuning keemasan.&lt;br /&gt;Keluarkan dari oven.&lt;br /&gt;Setelah benar-benar dingin, lepaskan cake dari loyang.&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan selai aprikot, dan air. Gue dapet resepnya dari temen gue, gara2 liat foto2 fb nya dia, ehhh ada foto ni kue, jadi lah gue napsu bikin. Soale ga perlu telor booo :).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rasanya? enak lohhh, T sih doyan2 aja dia, apalagi makannya sambil minum kopi...wahhhh mantep dahhh :).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;French Apple Tarte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan: &lt;br /&gt;1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;1 cup susu cair&lt;br /&gt;2/3 cup gula&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup minyak sayur&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt bubuk vanilla&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt bubuk coklat (cocoa powder)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt bubuk kayu manis&lt;br /&gt;1 buah apel, kupas kulitnya, potong kotak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;Campur semua bahan kecuali cocoa powder, aduk rata hingga halus dan tidak bergumpal. Ambil 2 sdm adonan campurkan dengan cocoa powder, sisihkan. &lt;br /&gt;Masukkan apel ke adonan utama, aduk rata. Masukkan campuran cocoa powder, lalu aduk2 halus dengan menggunakan sumpit (seperti membuat marble cake).&lt;br /&gt;Tuang adonan ke loyang ukuran 8 inch, taburi dengan bubuk kayu manis. Panggang ke dalam oven yang sudah dipanasi lebih dahulu dengan suhu 350`F (180`C) selama 30 sampai 40 menit atau hingga tusuk gigi yang di masukkan ke tengah kue, keluar dengan bersih. Aduk gula n mentega sampai putih mengembang&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok telur hingga rata, aduk bersama adonan 1&lt;br /&gt;3. Teteskan vanila&lt;br /&gt;4. Campur tepung terigu n baking powder, ayak rata&lt;br /&gt;5. Campur ke adonan 3&lt;br /&gt;6. Bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian, 1 bagian aduk rata dengan cocoa powder&lt;br /&gt;7. Masukkan adonan 3, lalu campur dengan adonan cocoa, aduk dengan tusuk sate&lt;br /&gt;8. Oven listrik 180 derajat 30 menit, lalu 170 derajat 10 menit ato&lt;br /&gt;oven gas 170 derajat 30 menit, 160 derajat 10 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rasanya enak, kayak bolu gitu, cuman kurang lembut aja, mungkin karena pake telornya sedikit kaleee ya?? Yippieeee.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beneran desperate gimana mo masak ramen..masa pake microwave? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Akhirnya bisa juga..tapi kali ini karena ga prepare..gw cuma ambil bumbu indomie en ramen sebagai base soup nya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Trus put in:&lt;br /&gt;1. Jamur enoki&lt;br /&gt;2. Crab stick&lt;br /&gt;3. Wortel&lt;br /&gt;4. Telor&lt;br /&gt;5. Taruh udon di mangkok&lt;br /&gt;2. Siram kuah setinggi udon, susun toge, ganggang laut, chikuwa roll, tahu bunga, telur rebus dan wortel mini.&lt;br /&gt;3. Hias dengan taburan wijen putih di atas ganggang laut dan taburan wijen hitam di atas telur rebus.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bolak balik hingga  seluruh sisinya  kecoklatan. Buang minyaknya. Pindahkan ke panci medium,  tambahkan jahe,  daun bawang, dan air secukupnya hingga menutupi pork  belly. Taruh  mangkok diatasnya (spt gbr diatas). Stlh mendidih, kecilkan  api. Masak  selama 2 jam, atau sampe daging empuk. Stlh matang, angkat  daging,  buang jahe n daun bawangnya. Masak selama 5 menit.   Angkat telur, pindahkan ke air es, kupas kulitnya.&lt;br /&gt;Utk marinade   telur, campur jadi satu soy sauce, sake , mirin. Rendam telur minimal 2   jam, atau semaleman dlm kulkas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; color: rgb(102, 0, 204);"&gt;Nah 2 step di atas gua kerjain  sehari sblm  kejadian hahaha...biar ga repot2 amat gitcuuu...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rendam  ikan bilis dan kelp dlm 1200 ml air selama 2 jam. Didihkan,  angkat kelp  wkt air hampir mendidih. Diamkan 5 menit, angkat ikan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sementara   itu, buang lemak2 yg ada di kaldu. Ukur kaldu menjadi 300 ml. Panaskan   kembali kaldu, tambahkan soy sauce, sake dan brown sugar. Masukkan  pork  belly, biarkan hingga angat. Matikan api. Biarkan daging di situ  biar  menyerap. Stlh agak dingin, potong2. Nah kalo gua motongnya agak  susah  nih, krn dagingnya kan uda empuk  tuh, letoy sono letoy sini   hahhaa...bentuknya uda ga karuan. Lanjutt...abis dipotong dipanggang   bentar aja, or ditoast jg ok.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rebus  mienya, taruh di mangkok, tuang 1 sendok sayur kaldu pork belly, 1  tsp  chicken stock powder, dan dashi stock. Cobain rasanya kurang apa. Gue sih yakin 99% orang di dunia pada doyan mie &lt;em&gt;*sok yakin amat yak*&lt;/em&gt;. Kalo gue yah makanan yang ga perna bikin gue bosen tuh mie ama baso. Biar kata tiap minggu ada menu mie ama baso gue sih lahap2 aje &lt;em&gt;*emang doyan makan :)*&lt;/em&gt;. Cuma masalahnya mie itu kan carbs banget yah, jadi gue agak2 menahan diri lah untuk ga makan mie sering2, tar yang ada gue jadi baso bulet lagi .... hueheheh :).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Halah...ini jadi ngelantur kemana2. Yo wes langsung aja dahh....Karena gue ga perna bikin mie sendiri &lt;em&gt;*selama ini beli jadi*&lt;/em&gt;, jadi kali ini gue nyoba bikin sendiri ramen/mie nya &lt;em&gt;*btw, ramen ama mie sama kan yehh?*&lt;/em&gt;. Gue liat resepnya pertama kali dari &lt;a href="http://akusukamasak.com/2010/06/16/seafood-ramen-failed-arrgh/"&gt;sini&lt;/a&gt;, abis itu gue jelajah deh, ternyata ini resep ramennya tuh asli loh dari jepang sana, jadi mungkin lebi ke arah mie nya jepang kali yah. Nah pas bikin, gue ganti tepungnya jadi pake 3 macem tepung &lt;em&gt;*nah loh bikin kerjaan amat yak*&lt;/em&gt;, dan hasilnyaaa......chewy2 gitu kayak mie karet!! Gue juga ga ngerti kenapa tekstur dan rasanya jadi kayak mie karet, apa karena gue pake whole wheat flour yah? Kalo andaikan cuma pake all-purpose flour (aka tepung protein sedang) apakah teksturnya chewy juga? Nti deh gue coba lagi pake AP flour aja, ato kalo temen2 ada yang uda nyoba infoin dong... :).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gue pernah baca di satu website yang ngebahas tentang ramen, dibilang dalam pembuatan ramen itu yang jadi kuncinya ada di kuahnya. Jadi seenak apapun mie nya tapi kalo ga didukung dengan kuah yang enak rasanya ga bakalan enak. Nah, karena gue jarang makan ramen2nya jepang jadi gue iseng2 deh nyoba2 utak atik gimana cara bikin kuah ramen yang enak &lt;em&gt;*songong dehhh!*&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk kuah nya ndiri gue pake kaldu dari bonito flakes, konbu (seaweed) ama iga sapi. Dan rasanya enakkkk banget, karena bonito flakes ama konbu nya ini jadi ngasih rasa yang laen dibanding ama kuah mie biasa. Trus, gue pakein cabe bubuk sedikit supaya rasa kuahnya pedes2 gitu, harusnya mah pake chilli oil tapi aye ga punya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hasil akhir memuaskan banget untuk ukuran ramen bikinan sendiri, parameternya gue adalah si T &lt;em&gt;*hahahaha ga aci banget yah cuma 1 orang doang yang nyobain*&lt;/em&gt;. Dia tadinya ga mau gue bikin ramen, karena kan udara lagi panas bener nih, jadi kalo makan sup2 yang panas2 tuh ga gitu enak. Cuma pas gue siapin dimangkok ini ramen...huehehehe dimakan ampe abis! Trus dia komen, kuahnya enak pake kaldu apa? Gue sih senyum2 aja abis kalo tar gue bilang pake seaweed dia ga mo makan lagi...haahahaha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Spicy Beef Miso Ramen&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk: 4 porsi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;500 gr homemade ramen (resep dibawah)&lt;br /&gt;2 buah wortel, iris bentuk korek api&lt;br /&gt;100 gr jagung (Belzy -- pake aja yang jagung frozen)&lt;br /&gt;1 buah uzumaki (japanese fish cake, warnanya putih-pink), iris melintang&lt;br /&gt;Roasted seaweed, secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk Miso Soup:&lt;br /&gt;1000cc air + 500 cc air&lt;br /&gt;3 lembar konbu (seaweed kering)&lt;br /&gt;1 cup bonito flakes &lt;br /&gt;250 gr iga sapi&lt;br /&gt;150 gr daging sapi, iris tipis2 (ato bisa juga pake daging sukiyaki)&lt;br /&gt;1-1/2 sdt cabe bubuk&lt;br /&gt;1-1/2 sdm miso putih (dalam bentuk paste)&lt;br /&gt;Fish sauce atau garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;1. Di mangkok saji, tata ramen yang sudah di rebus, beri wortel dan jagung. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Rebus iga sapi, konbu dan bonito flakes dengan 1000 cc air hingga daging iga sapi empuk. Atau, bisa juga masak dengan pressure cooker, masak kira2 20-30 menit. Lalu, saring kuah dari iga sapi, konbu dan bonito flakes. Didihkan kuah kaldu dengan api besar, tambahkan 500 cc air. Masukkan miso putih, cabe bubuk dan fish sauce, aduk hingga rata. Setelah mendidih, masukkan daging sukiyaki, masak hingga daging matang.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ambil mangkok saji yang sudah terisi ramen, siram dengan kuahnya. Beri irisan uzumaki, lalu taburi dengan roasted seaweed. Dengan tangan:&lt;br /&gt;Di mangkok besar, campur semua bahan kering, aduk rata. Buat lubang ditengahnya. Lalu, masukkan telur dan air ke dalam lubang, uleni sedikit2 dengan mengkikis tepung di sekeliling lubang. Setelah semua bahan tercampur, pindahkan adonan ke mangkuk/talenan bersih yang sudah ditaburi terigu, uleni hingga kalis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dengan standing mixer:&lt;br /&gt;Di mangkok mixer, campur semua bahan kering, aduk rata. Buat lubang di tengahnya. Lalu, masukkan telur dan air ke dalam lubang. Gunakan hook attachment, kemudian mixer dengan kecepatan level 2 hingga kalis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Bungkus adonan mie dengan serbet hingga rapat, istirahatkan selama 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bagi adonan jadi 4 bagian, lalu pindahkan 1 bagian adonan mie ke atas talenan yang sudah ditaburi tepung, juga adonan mie nya harus ditaburi tepung sebelum adonan di giling. Kemudian, giling adonan mie hingga tipis (harus benar2 tipis karena pada saat direbus mie akan mengembang, jadi kalo gilingnya ga tipis, mie nya bakal tebel2 setelah di rebus). Taburi adonan mie dengan terigu yang banyak, supaya ga lengket.&lt;br /&gt;Lipat jadi 3 bagian, lalu potong mie kurleb 1mm. &lt;br /&gt;Ulangi langkah2 di atas sampai adonan mie habis.&lt;br /&gt;4. Didihkan air di kuali besar hingga benar2 mendidih. Tambahkan garam/olive oil. Lalu masukan mie yang sudah dipotong2 tadi. Rebus hingga mie matang. Salah satunya adalah begitu sampe rumah baru si nyonya rumah harus masak mie goreng. Maksudnya adalah 'doa &amp;amp; harapan' supaya di rumah baru para penghuninya panjang umur, panjang rejeki , dan panjang bahagia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nah berhubung si nyonyah kelimpungan bebenah , jadi  pengen masak mie goreng-nya yg simple aje.. bikinnya gampang banget, anti gagal deh pokonya.. tapi rasanya ga simple lhooo, enak deh ! .. boleh saingan ga bakal kalah sama abang-abang mie goreng tek-tek yg lewat depan rumah hahaha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pas banget sama tema bulan ini. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai harum. Lalu masukkan sayur-sayuran, masak sampai sayur empuk. Angkat dari api, sisihkan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan telur diorak-arik. Pinggirkan, lalu masukkan daging ayam dan bakso. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah daging masak, masukkan tumisan sayuran. Beri sedikit kecap manis, lada, dan garam. Aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan mie rebus, aduk dengan tumisan daging dan sayur. Beri garam, gula, kecap manis sesuai selera.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Angkat , taburi bawang goreng, lalu hidangkan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tips :&lt;br /&gt;Supaya mie tidak bergumpal : setelah direbus, siram dengan air dgn suhu ruang lalu beri minyak sedikit saja. Thanks for this idea...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kali ini gue mau masak Spicy Korean Noodle&lt;br /&gt;Bahannya :&lt;br /&gt;1 cup ko iris *gue pake cai sim*&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt bawang putih cincang&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt minyak wijen&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm cabe bubuk atau cabe kering yang digiling kasar *gue pake cabe rawit potong*&lt;br /&gt;4 cup kaldu ayam&lt;br /&gt;1/2 buah daun bawang *gue gak pake*&lt;br /&gt;3 buah cabe jepang kering (boleh pake boleh gak)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm saus sambel manis *gue gak pake*&lt;br /&gt;2 telur kocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;mie kering / mie basah *gue pake mie kering*&lt;br /&gt;daging ayam, babi, atau udang *gue pake udang*&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat nya :&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus mie sampai matang (kalo pake mie kering)&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bawang putih, minyak wijen, cabe, sampai harum&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan udang tumis sampai matang&lt;br /&gt;4. Resepnya sendiri kalian bisa cari, copas, nyontek, ato pun nyiptain resep sendiri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Note: karena temen2 yang join di cooking mama ini tinggal di berbagai negara dan benua, yang uda pasti bahan2 masakan juga beraneka, enaknya nyari tema yang universal aja kali yah, yang kira2 bahan nya ada. Cuma kalo pun ternyata pas uda ditentuin temanya, dan ternyata ada bahan yang ga ada ato susah di cari di negara ybs, kalian bisa akal2in yah :).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pemilihan tema&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; akan dilakukan paling lambat &lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;tanggal 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; setiap bulannya. Jadi, peserta yang bertugas diharuskan mem-posting tema resep yang diinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pemostingan resep2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; yang sudah diuji coba dan foto2nya harus dipostingkan paling lambat &lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;tanggal 30 atau 31&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Contoh:&lt;br /&gt;Bulan Juli,&lt;br /&gt;Peserta yang bertugas memilih tema resep: Belzy&lt;br /&gt;Resep yang ditentukan: Mie Ayam&lt;br /&gt;Jadi, acara masak kita bulan Juli ini adalah memasak mie ayam, dengan resep bebas (Note: sebaiknya disertakan juga sumber resepnya). Kalian boleh bikin mie ayam jamur, mie ayam GM, atau mie ayam jenis lainnya. Dan resep masakan yang sudah dicoba berikut fotonya langsung aja di posting di blog ini.&lt;br /&gt;Jangan lupa untuk menulis label di bagian bawah posting: Mie, Belzy (kalo mau ngasih label tambahan boleh aja, tapi label jenis makanan dan nama peserta harus di tulis)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setiap peserta cooking mama akan diikutsertakan sebagai author, artinya kalian bisa mengakses dan mem-posting di blog ini dengan bebas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oiya, untuk temen2 yang baru gabung ato mau bergabung sama kita, mungkin masih bingung apaan sih cooking mama.
